Order processing and dispatch
We aim to dispatch every order within 3 business days of it being placed. Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.
If we are unable to dispatch your order within 3 business days, the order is automatically cancelled and the full amount is automatically refunded to your original payment method. You do not need to contact us for this to happen. See our Refunds page for how refunds are processed.
Where we ship
We ship this order to addresses across Australia. Your items are sent from our fulfilment partners in China and delivered to your door by the carrier shown for your chosen delivery option.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete at checkout. Once a parcel has been dispatched we are not able to change or redirect it.

Carriers and tracking
Standard delivery is handled by YunExpress or CJPacket. Premium delivery is handled by DHL or FedEx. The carrier is chosen based on the delivery option you select at checkout and your destination.
Once your order is dispatched we will email you a confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your parcel from China to your address.
Customs, duties and taxes
Prices are shown in your selected currency and include GST where it applies. Because your items are shipped from China, any import GST or duties that may apply are calculated and shown at checkout where required, so there are no surprise charges on delivery for orders where tax has already been collected.
For higher value orders, additional duties set by Australian customs may apply on import. Where this is the case we will let you know.

Delivery, risk and lost parcels
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched and are a guide rather than a guarantee. Delays can happen during busy periods, in transit, with customs, or for other reasons outside our control.
Risk in the products passes to you on delivery, and title passes to you once we have received payment in full. If your tracking has not updated for an unusually long time, or your parcel appears lost, please contact us and we will help to locate it or put things right.
Incorrect or incomplete address
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. If a parcel is returned to us or lost because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may involve an additional delivery charge.
If you notice a mistake in your address, please contact us as soon as possible at customercare@editionsept.com and we will try to correct it before dispatch.
