We respond to every return request within 36 hours.

We treat returns as a last resort, mostly for environmental reasons. Where something has gone wrong with your order, our preferred solution is to send you the correct item and, where appropriate, let you keep the original rather than ship it back.

We will always work with you to put things right in the way that creates the least waste.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, significantly different from its description, or not of acceptable quality, or if we send you the wrong item or the wrong size, you are entitled to a remedy.

For a major failure you may choose a refund or a replacement, and you may also be entitled to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss. For a problem that is not major, we may choose to repair, replace, or refund. In any of these cases returning the item is free, and in most cases we will simply send you the correct item.

Where you buy from us as a consumer, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, including that the goods are of acceptable quality and match their description. We also comply with the Fair Trading Act 1986.

If an item is faulty, significantly different from its description, or not of acceptable quality, or if we send you the wrong item or the wrong size, you are entitled to a remedy, which may be a repair, replacement, or refund, and in some cases compensation. In any of these cases returning the item is free, and in most cases we will simply send you the correct item.

If you change your mind, including where you ordered the wrong size or a size that does not fit, we are not required by law to accept a return, but we are happy to help. For change of mind returns, the cost of returning the item is A$20, paid by you or deducted from any refund.

To be accepted, the item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging attached.

If you change your mind, including where you ordered the wrong size or a size that does not fit, we are not required by law to accept a return, but we are happy to help. For change of mind returns, the cost of returning the item is NZ$20, paid by you or deducted from any refund.

To be accepted, the item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging attached.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of pierced jewellery or intimate items once worn or with hygiene seals removed, unless the item is faulty or otherwise covered by consumer law.

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned for change of mind.
